The Rosary Society at Holy Family is responsible for hosting funeral dinners in Hynes Hall. There are commonly two (2) leaders per circle. The leaders of each circle are responsible for calling a list of families for salads and/or desserts and workers when it is their circle’s turn to host a funeral dinner. The parish office arranges the cooks. Funerals that are expecting up to 200 people will utilize one (1) circle. Funerals larger than 200 people will utilize two (2) circles.
The Rosary Society at Immaculate Conception consists of men and women in their parish. They have 3 – 4 meetings per year. They are responsible for hosting funeral dinners at Immaculate Conception Church. The leaders of each circle are responsible for calling a list of families for salads and/or desserts and workers when it is their circle’s turn to host a funeral dinner. They currently have three (3) circles. The list of circles and their current leaders are:

St. Rita: Mary Roethler and Patrice Schilling
St. Rose: Mary Lou Ries and Emily Schueth

Their major fundraiser is the Annual Swiss Steak Dinner held in the Spring each year.
The St. Boniface Guild is made up of the women and men of our parish. They are divided into three circles, St. Matthew, St. Mark, and St. Luke. Funeral dinners are served by a guild group on a rotating basis. Each guild circle has a chairperson, a co-chairperson and a group of parish members who work together when they are called. The co-chair steps into the position of chairperson of the circle the following year and finds a new co-chair to assist them.

The Executive Committee meets during the year to discuss and decide on various things that need to be addressed and completed by the members of our guild. They also collect annual dues, which are $7.00 per couple and $5.00 for a single person.
An annual parish festival collection is taken up in lieu of an actual festival.
